Oh my! You’ve kindled a whole new area of obsession for me.
Beautiful.
I bought some on your recommendation a while ago. It is awesome.
Yes awesome.
I highly recommend decorating with rockets. Each one must be spray painted to finish and looks awesome hanging on the wall. Way better than a gun rack.
And here I was aiming low and thinking about gluing a pine cone onto the lamp finial and spraying that. You never fail to expand my world, Ted.
What happens with this stuff on primed wood? Anyone ever try it Does it go all matte or somewhat glossy? I am thinking picture frame rehab here – oooh – blah to ersatz bronze leaf!
It works on all surfaces – wood, metal, plastic glass. I think you can see that it even made the blue painter’s tape I covered the cord with look good.
It’s not glossy so much as a very subtle sheen, closer to matte but a subtly sparkly matte. If you run your finger across it, it has a mirco-texture feel due to the sparkly bits.
