V.A.C.A.T.I.O.N.

I’m on vacation this week.

I am:

  • eating cold pizza for breakfast.
  • moving massive clumps of perennials around the backyard.
  • hoping I don’t get poison ivy this year.
  • shopping online.
  • searching Monmouth County for flats of cleome.
  • going to our daughter’s graduation from WPI.

I am not:

  • combing my hair today.
  • looking in a mirror.

  1. I am also looking for cleomes. They are the only annual that did stellar in my flowerbeds. Lowe’s had them last year. Maybe I went too early this year.
    Happy Graduation to Daughter!!!

  2. I hope I don’t get poison ivy every year, but like Spring, it too shall come to pass.
Congratulations to your daughter on her graduation! [And to you.] 😀
And the last two things? Yeah, pretty much every day around here…
